Northerly winds remaining up around 10 mph through the late night hours and chilly temperatures behind a cold front will allow wind chill readings to fall into the mid 30s late tonight over northern Lake and northwest Volusia counties. Remember to dress for the chilly conditions before heading outdoors in the early morning. .WIND AND SEA IMPACT... Boating conditions remain hazardous tonight behind a cold front. Northeast winds of 20 to 25 knots with seas of up to 12 feet well offshore tonight. Small Craft Advisories remain in effect over the east central Florida coastal waters. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY. Hazardous marine conditions will persist through the weekend, with north to northeast winds of 20 to 25 knots remaining over the waters. A low pressure system is forecast to develop in the Gulf of Mexico this weekend and move across the Florida peninsula. This will bring a threat for heavy rain as well as a potential for severe weather.
