Steady snow will impact the region through most of today as an area 
of low pressure tracks from the Tennessee Valley to the Southern New 
England coast through the day. A strong cold front will track across 
the area Wednesday morning bringing colder temperatures and 
accumulating lake effect snow through late Thursday. The weather 
turns quiet for the end of the week into the weekend with warming 
temperatures as a large area of high pressure dominates the weather 
over the Northeast.
