Dry weather persists Thursday night along with unseasonably cold temperatures when lows fall into the mid teens to mid 20s. On Friday, temperatures moderate to near seasonal levels into the mid 30s to mid 40s. With this mild airmass comes the chance for snow showers in the afternoon across the higher terrain and rain showers elsewhere. Widespread rain moves across the region Friday night and Saturday, tapering off to scattered showers Saturday night. Lows Friday night and Saturday night will be in the mid 30s to low 40s, while highs on Saturday warm into the upper 40s to mid 50s. On Sunday, it will turn dry and blustery as west winds blow 15 to 25 mph with higher gusts. Afternoon highs will top out in the 40s. Looking to early next week, it will be dry and cold on Monday.
