No precipitation was observed or reported anywhere in the Tri-State area during the past 24 hours. Low temperatures this morning ranged from the mid 20s to lower 30s. OUTLOOK... Intermittent upper level cloud cover and a slight warming trend are expected today and Friday, with highs in the 50s on both days. Northwest winds will strengthen over the Tri- State area on Friday as a broad low pressure system tracks southeast from Nebraska to Kansas City. Wind gusts as high as 50 to 60 mph will be possible for a few hours Friday afternoon, primarily in northeast Colorado and adjacent border counties in Kansas and Nebraska. Expect increasing cloud cover and cooler temperatures over the weekend.
