High temperatures on Wednesday ranged from the mid 40s to mid 
50s, coolest at McCook, Nebraska and Hill City, Kansas. No 
precipitation was observed or reported anywhere in the Tri-State
area during the past 24 hours. Low temperatures this morning
ranged from the mid 20s to lower 30s.

OUTLOOK... Intermittent upper level cloud cover and a slight 
warming trend are expected today and Friday, with highs in the 
50s on both days. Northwest winds will strengthen over the Tri-
State area on Friday as a broad low pressure system tracks 
southeast from Nebraska to Kansas City. Wind gusts as high as 50 
to 60 mph will be possible for a few hours Friday afternoon,
primarily in northeast Colorado and adjacent border counties in 
Kansas and Nebraska. Expect increasing cloud cover and cooler
temperatures over the weekend. Accumulating snow will be possible
Sunday into Sunday night as an upper level disturbance tracks 
east across the Rockies and High Plains. Precipitation amounts 
remain uncertain.
