...A WINTER STORM WATCH IS IN EFFECT FROM LATE THURSDAY AFTERNOON
INTO SATURDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Snow, heavy at times. Significant snow possible. Winds
  could gust as high as 50 mph at times.

* WHERE...Lake county and the eastern Sawatch mountains above
  11000 feet.

* WHEN...From late Thursday afternoon into Saturday evening.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Areas of 
  blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The 
  hazardous conditions could impact commutes.
