.Synopsis... A surface ridge across the area will remain nearly
stationary through tonight. A cold front will enter the N waters
today, then stall and dissipate Monday as the ridge moves N. Strong
high pressure will build NW of the area Wednesday as a new front
moves into the NW waters late Wednesday through Thursday.
