.DISCUSSION...
Sfc high pres extending from the DelMarVa peninsula to the FL Keys 
will lift NE overnight. Very weak pgrad will allow sfc/low lvl winds 
to become lgt/vrbl or calm arnd midnight. Low/mid lvls remain too 
dry to support precip with H100-H70 mean RH arnd 30pct...H85-H50 
dewpoint depressions arnd 20C. PWat values off the evng RAOBS show 
PWat values btwn 0.50"-0.75", but most of this is due to a CI deck 
abv H50. The CI will impede radiative cooling, allowing urban areas 
and the immediate coast to remain withing 5F of climo avg, but rural 
areas in the M/U40s will be 5-10F blo avg. No sig changes necessary
