* WHAT...Southeast winds will increase to 15 to 30 mph with 
  gusts up to 45 mph this evening and continue through Wednesday 
  afternoon.

* WHERE...Santa Barbara County Mountains.

* WHEN...Until 3 PM PST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will make driving difficult and could blow
  around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a
  few power outages may result.
