The National Weather Service in Louisville has issued a

* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
  South central Clark County in south central Indiana...
  Southeastern Floyd County in south central Indiana...
  Jefferson County in central Kentucky...

* Until 345 PM EST.

* At 1249 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in
  the advisory area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Louisville, Jeffersonville, New Albany, Jeffersontown, St.
  Matthews, Shively, Lyndon, Middletown, Douglass Hills and Prospect.

Additional rainfall of up to 1 inch is expected over the area. This 
additional rain will result in minor flooding.
