  mph.

* WHERE...Northern Oregon Cascades; especially near the crest.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel will be very difficult to nearly
  impossible at times this morning. Gusty winds and heavy snow 
  will create blizzard conditions at times above 3500 feet, 
  including Government Camp and Santiam Pass.
