...MINOR COASTAL FLOODING CONTINUES ACROSS LOW-LYING AREAS OF THE
UPPER KEYS...

* COASTAL FLOODING...Minor saltwater flooding is occurring and 
  will continue over low-lying areas of the Upper Keys, 
  particularly for Bayside communities. Total water levels are 
  about a foot above mean sea level. This is about 0.75 feet 
  above the normal predicted tide level. 

* TIMING...Impacts will continue uninterrupted with little to no 
  relief at low tide. 

* IMPACTS...Minor saltwater flooding of low elevation streets 
  and lots is likely. Some storm drains will overflow, and some 
  seawalls and docks will be overtopped. Boaters can expect less 
  clearance under fixed bridges. Motorists should remember that 
  persistent puddles around the times of high tide are almost 
  certain to contain a mix of saltwater.
