At 3:46 PM MST local observations have shown gusty conditions 
within a wide rain band sweeping across the area. The band 
stretches northeast to southwest, currently covering south Luna 
county to the Sacramento Mts. Gusts could reach up to 45mph in 
some areas, especially on east facing slopes. There have been some
small hail reports (pea sized) and localized heavy rainfall with 
these storms. Storms will continue to move east this evening.
