...COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT...

* COASTAL FLOODING...Saltwater flooding is occurring and will
  continue over low-lying areas of the Upper Florida Keys,
  particularly for Bayside communities. Total water levels will
  reach 1.4 to 1.8 feet above mean sea level during high tides.
  This is about 1 foot above the normal predicted tide. 

* TIMING...Over the Upper Keys, impacts will continue
  uninterrupted through tonight with little to no relief at low
  tide. 

* IMPACTS...Saltwater flooding of low elevation streets and lots 
  is expected. Some storm drains will overflow, and some 
  seawalls and docks will be overtopped. Boaters can expect less 
  clearance under fixed bridges. Motorists should remember that 
  persistent puddles around the times of high tide are almost 
  certain to contain a mix of saltwater. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Coastal Flood Advisory indicates that onshore winds and tides
will combine to generate flooding of low areas along the shore.

...MINOR COASTAL FLOODING WILL OCCUR ACROSS LOW-LYING AREAS OF 
THE MIDDLE FLORIDA KEYS TONIGHT...

* COASTAL FLOODING...Minor saltwater flooding will re-develop over
  the Middle Florida Keys this evening. Total water levels will
  reach 1.4 to 1.7 feet above mean sea level. This is about 1 
  foot above the normal predicted tide level. 

* TIMING...Impacts will be greatest during an extended high tide
  tonight and early Thursday morning. 

* IMPACTS...Minor saltwater flooding of low elevation streets 
  and lots is likely. Some storm drains will overflow, and some 
  seawalls and docks will be overtopped. Boaters can expect less 
  clearance under fixed bridges. Motorists should remember that 
  persistent puddles around the times of high tide are almost 
  certain to contain a mix of saltwater.
