The widespread snow will taper off from west to east overnight
and early Tuesday morning. This will be followed by local lake 
effect snow southeast of Lakes Erie and Ontario with minor 
accumulations Tuesday through Wednesday. The well below normal 
temperatures will continue through the end of the week before 
warmer weather arrives next week.
