Strong high pressure centered along the Mid-Atlantic coast will shift northeastward while weakening on Thursday, allowing for onshore winds and seas to gradually decrease after midnight tonight. A strong cold front will enter the southeastern states on Thursday evening and will cross the Georgia waters after midnight and the Florida waters on Friday morning.
