* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 5 inches
  with locally higher amounts possible north of Galesburg to
  Toluca. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Illinois.

* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 4 PM CDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous 
  conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.
