  Central Hill County in central Texas...
  Southwestern Ellis County in north central Texas...
  West central Navarro County in north central Texas...

* Until 1230 AM CDT.

* At 1123 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Whitney, or
  8 miles west of Hillsboro, moving east at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Hillsboro, Blooming Grove, Carl's Corner, Milford, Frost and
  Mertens.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 35 between mile markers 365 and 369.
 Interstate 35W between mile markers 1 and 6.
 Interstate 35E between mile markers 371 and 382.
