There is a very small chance that some of the storms could contain some small hail, but in general, severe storms are not expected. Isolated non severe thunderstorms will remain possible Thursday as a cold front moves into the region. Minor to moderate flooding will continue along the Missouri River above Lewis and Clark Lake, and from Blair southward past Rulo. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday night through Wednesday Light snow or freezing drizzle is possible over mainly northeast Nebraska Thursday night and Friday morning, however little if any accumulation can be expected. The cold front will also bring the first freeze of the season to the region. Areas along and west of a line from Beatrice, Nebraska to Onawa, Iowa have been placed in a freeze Warning for Thursday night and Friday morning. The entire area may see freezing temperatures friday night into Saturday morning. Strong northwest winds are also possible Thursday through Friday. Peak gusts of 35 to 50 mph are possible Friday.
