Through 6:30 pm, a cluster of thunderstorms will continue to move
northeast at around 25 mph across portions of the western and 
central South Plains. Localized flooding has been reported. 
Expect flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. The 
strongest storms may produce rainfall rates up to two inches per 
hour. Some of these storms will continue to move into the Lubbock 
area through 6:30 pm.
