The Flash Flood Watch continues for * Portions of central Wisconsin, east central Wisconsin, and northeast Wisconsin, including the following areas, in central Wisconsin, Portage and Waushara. In east central Wisconsin, Calumet, Manitowoc, and Winnebago. In northeast Wisconsin, Brown, Kewaunee, Outagamie, and Waupaca. * Through Wednesday morning * Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches across much of central and east central Wisconsin, with locally higher amounts possible. * Flooding in urban and poor drainage areas can be expected. There may also be rapid rises on rivers and streams. * Increasing northeast winds over the waters of Green Bay could cause water to back up on the Fox, East and Suamico Rivers, and on Duck Creek.
