TUESDAY...

The National Weather Service in Green Bay has issued a Dense Fog
Advisory, which is in effect until 1 PM CDT this afternoon. 

* WINDS...South to southeast winds 15 to 25 knots, diminishing to  
  10 to 15 knots overnight. 

* WAVES...2 to 4 feet building to 3 to 5 feet late through late 
  tonight. Waves will subside to 2 to 4 fee after midnight. 

* VISIBILITY...1 mile or less at times.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds over 20 knots or
waves greater than 4 feet are expected to produce hazardous
conditions to small craft.  Inexperienced mariners, especially
those operating smaller vessels should avoid navigating in these
conditions.
