The National Weather Service in San Juan has issued a

  Cabo Rojo Municipality in Puerto Rico...
  Mayaguez Municipality in Puerto Rico...
  Hormigueros Municipality in Puerto Rico...

* Until 215 AM AST

* At 1119 PM AST, reporting gauges indicate that Rio Guanajibo has 
  overflowed its banks near Hormigueros.

This flood is near its crest at 20.42 feet, where flood stage is 20 
feet. Local emergency managers report that highway 114 is closed in 
Hormigueros. Flood waters should recede in a few hours as rain is no 
longer being reported in the area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are
potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded
roads. Find an alternate route.
