.DISCUSSION...Cool conditions will persist across the area Friday and
Saturday with high temperatures about 5-10 degrees below normal. 
Relative humidity will drop to moderate levels Friday afternoon with
excellent recovery Friday night. On Saturday, some drier air will move
into the area, lowering the relative humidity. As for winds, typical
southerly winds can be expected on Friday. However on Saturday, the
winds will shift to the west and northwest.
