...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1100 PM AST FOR
COAMO...CAYEY...SALINAS...SANTA ISABEL AND AIBONITO MUNICIPALITIES...

At 924 PM AST, Doppler radar continues to indicate moderate to heavy 
rainfall falling across the warned area. Doppler radar estimates 
indicate up to 5 inches of rain have fallen across Coamo and the 
surrounding municipalities. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

A Flash Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring.
If you are in the warned area move to higher ground immediately.
Residents living along streams and creeks should take immediate
precautions to protect life and property.
