Offshore flow Tuesday night will shift to the southeast by Wednesday
morning, and will remain southeast to east through Wednesday night as
an upper low over Baja gradually shifts north toward far southern 
California. A marine layer will becoming established Tuesday night, 
producing low clouds with patchy fog that is likely to become dense 
through Wednesday morning. For Wednesday night, as the upper low 
moves into San Diego County, clouds will increase over the Rx area 
and there will be a very low (but non-zero) chance of light rain by 
early Thursday morning.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy with low clouds and patchy dense 
                    fog in the morning, becoming mostly sunny. 
                    Patchy fog late in the morning.
