The National Weather Service in Grand Forks has extended the

* Flood Warning for Urban Areas and Small Streams in...
  North central Marshall County in northwestern Minnesota...
  Kittson County in northwestern Minnesota...
  Roseau County in northwestern Minnesota...
  Western Lake of the Woods County in north central Minnesota...

* Until 345 PM CDT Saturday.

* At 833 AM CDT, rain continues over portions of northwestern 
  Minnesota. Although rain has tapered off and has become light, 
  some locations picked up 2 to 5 inches of rain overnight. This 
  amount of water will take a while to move through the area 
  drainage and river systems. River responses are likely today as 
  well. 

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Roseau, Warroad, Hallock, Karlstad, Greenbush, Badger and Arnesen. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
