The stronger storms will be capable of 50 mph winds and brief heavy rain. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday Storms will become more numerous Saturday and especially Saturday night. Severe storms will be possible over mainly central Kansas from Saturday afternoon into Saturday evening. In addition, heavy rain and flooding will become a more significant threat Saturday night for much of the area and for southeast Kansas Sunday morning.
