.DISCUSSION...

Skies remain mostly sunny across the Mid-South this afternoon
with temperatures ranging from the mid 80s to mid 90s. The cold
front which moved through the region last night and this morning
is now moving into central Mississippi.

High pressure will start to build into the region tonight and will
remain over the Mid-South for the next several days. This will
result in dry weather with above normal temperatures from tonight
through Thursday night.

Computer models are showing a small chance of thunderstorms for
both Friday afternoon and also next Saturday.

Patchy fog may develop late tonight at MKL. Otherwise, VFR
conditions expected to prevail at TAF sites through the period.
Light winds will increase to NE/ENE winds between 5-9 kts today 
and tomorrow, light overnight.
