At 440 PM MDT isolated to scattered storms were developing across
portions of Hidalgo, Grant, Luna, Sierra, Dona Ana, Otero and 
Hudspeth counties. Periods of heavy rain and strong gusty winds 
from outflow boundaries are possible with these storms. Currently,
a broad outflow boundary is moving south from the storms in the 
Gila region with wind gusts to 45 mph possible along portions of 
Interstate 10 from Akela to Lordsburg. This activity should 
continue for a couple more hours across the area.
