* At  2:45 PM Wednesday The stage was 18.8 feet. 
* Flood stage is 20.0 feet. 
* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to 13.8 feet by tomorrow
  morning.
* Impact...At 20.0 feet...Minor flooding occurs near the gage site and
  affects low lying areas along the river.
