The National Weather Service in San Angelo has issued a

* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
  Callahan County in west central Texas...
  Northern Brown County in west central Texas...
  Northern Coleman County in west central Texas...
  Northeastern Runnels County in west central Texas...

* Until 115 PM CDT.

* At 1113 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in 
  the advisory area, including along Interstate 20 in eastern 
  Callahan County. Up to three inches of rain have already fallen 
  with additional heavy rain possible.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Coleman, Winters, Baird, Cross Plains, Blanket, Novice, Putnam,
  Burkett, May, Cross Cut, Glen Cove, Rowden, Lake Brownwood State 
  Park, Silver Valley, Grosvenor, Oplin and Lake Brownwood Near 
  Thrifty.
