Here is a look at the weather features that will affect the 
region over the next several days.

High pressure will move eastward off the New England coast through
this evening. Meanwhile, a tropical system will be slowly 
drifting northward offshore of the Outer Banks. Easterly onshore 
flow will bring clouds and possibly a few showers to the region 
during this time.

A cold front approaching from the Ohio Valley will cross the 
region Wednesday into Wednesday night bringing a chance of showers
and thunderstorms.

High pressure will follow Thursday into Friday before the next
weak front approaches from the north over the weekend.
