...INCREASING WINDS AND BUILDING SEAS EARLY SUNDAY...

.The gradient will tighten between high pressure to the north and
front to the south tonight and Sunday. Northeast winds will
increase to 15 to 25 knots with seas building to 4 to 7 feet.
Moderate to strong NE winds will continue into Sunday night. Rough
seas will continue through mid week as swell energy increases 
from tropical low tracking off the Southeast coast.

...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 5 AM SUNDAY TO 8 PM EDT
TUESDAY...

The National Weather Service in Newport/Morehead City has issued
a Small Craft Advisory, which is in effect from 5 AM Sunday to
8 PM EDT Tuesday.

* WINDS...Northeast 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt.

* SEAS...4 to 7 feet.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 25 to 33 knots
and/or seas of 6 feet or greater are expected to produce
hazardous wave conditions to small craft. Inexperienced mariners,
especially those operating smaller vessels should avoid
navigating in these conditions.
