Through 300 pm, widely scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms 
will move southeast to south at 5 to 10 knots through the Florida 
Straits and across the Upper Keys and surrounding nearshore waters. 
The greatest shower coverage will occur in the vicinity of the Upper 
Keys. Mariners encountering the strongest showers can expect wind 
gusts up to 25 knots and moderate downpours reducing visibility to 
less than 5 miles.
