The National Weather Service in Norman has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  Southwestern Harper County in northwestern Oklahoma...

* Until 145 AM CDT.

* At 1039 PM CDT, flooding remained possible near state highways 283 
  and 64 just east and southeast of Rosston. Radar estimated around 
  7 to 8 inches of rain fell over this area. Significant rainfall 
  has ended over this area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Buffalo and Rosston. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.
