* At 259 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Mount
  Lebanon, moving southeast at 10 mph.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 60 mph.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines, resulting in some 
           power outages.
