At 825 PM, National Weather Service radar scattered showers and 
thunderstorms developing over portions of Luna, Dona Ana, Otero,
and El Paso counties. Movement was to the south 10 to 15 mph. 
These thunderstorms may produce periods of small hail, moderate to
heavy rainfall with localized flooding, and wind gusts to 50 mph
along with blowing dust. Further thunderstorm development is 
expected for the next few hours.
