High temperatures around 105 degrees are expected at Palo Duro Canyon State Park this afternoon. A Heat Advisory is in effect for Palo Duro Canyon as a result. Isolated thunderstorms are expected across mainly the northwestern two-thirds of the Combined Texas and Oklahoma Panhandles this afternoon and evening. A few strong storms are possible, with wind gusts up to 55 mph being the most likely hazard. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday. Thunderstorms will be possible across the Oklahoma Panhandle and the western Texas Panhandle during the afternoon and nighttime hours Sunday through Monday, and then across all of the Oklahoma and Texas Panhandles Monday night through Wednesday night. Any storms that develop during these time periods are expected to remain below severe levels. High temperatures around 105 degrees are expected at Palo Duro Canyon State Park Sunday afternoon.
