PM PDT...

At 147 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Frenchglen, or 53 miles south of Burns, moving northwest at 15 mph.

Nickel size hail and wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph will be possible with
this storm.

This strong thunderstorm will be near...
  Baca Lake around 200 PM PDT.
  Walls Lake Reservoir around 210 PM PDT.
  Foster Lake around 230 PM PDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
