northeast Pennsylvania.

Scattered thunderstorms are expected to develop this afternoon to 
early evening. A few of the storms could contain gusty winds.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Thunderstorms are likely Wednesday, especially in the afternoon
through evening. The strongest storms could contain both damaging 
winds and locally heavy rainfall.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

While spotter activation is not expected at this time, spotters 
should report in any impacts from gusty winds if they occur in storms
late today.
