.DISCUSSION...
A plume of moisture associated with a front continues to push 
into western Alaska. Wetting rains expected at some locations 
and a spike in RH anticipated for much of the region. By early
this morning, 0.15 of an inch had fallen at Bethel in the past 
24 hrs with this front. There is a ridge over Kodiak and Katmai.
