The National Weather Service in Topeka has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southeastern Ottawa County in north central Kansas...

* Until 645 AM CDT.

* At 448 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a line of thunderstorms 
  producing heavy rain moving into the warned area. Up to two inches 
  of rain have already fallen and an additional 1 to 2 inches will 
  fall through 6 AM. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Bennington and Niles. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
