Through 915 am, isolated showers and thunderstorms will dot the 
Florida Keys island chain and the nearshore and offshore waters. The 
activity will move toward the west northwest at 10 to 15 knots. For 
the strongest cells, mariners and motorists can expect wind gusts up 
to 25 knots, brief moderate to heavy downpours, and a few cloud to 
surface lightning strikes.
