Isolated to scattered thunderstorms will persist overnight across the Atlantic waters, mainly in the vicinity of the Gulf Stream through the early morning hours. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY. Scattered to numerous showers and storms are expected through midweek with higher storm coverage over the interior. The main storm hazards will be dangerous cloud to ground lightning strikes, strong wind gusts and local heavy rain.
