High pressure will remain over the Tri-State region today, then
slowly shift offshore Sunday and early this week. Mostly dry 
conditions are expected with plenty of sunshine however, a few 
afternoon showers or thunderstorms may be possible north and west 
of NYC. 

A gradual warming trend with increasing humidity is forecast into
early this week, with high temperatures a few degrees above 
normal. High temperatures are in the mid to upper 80s through the 
weekend, with some potential low 90 degree readings on Sunday and 
Monday. Overnight temperatures will range from the low 60s in 
outlying areas to around 70 in New York City.
