The National Weather Service in Morristown has issued a

* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
  Northern Morgan County in east Tennessee...
  Southwestern Scott County in east Tennessee...

* Until 915 PM EDT.

* At 616 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in 
  the advisory area. One to as much as two and a half inches of rain 
  have already fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Sunbright, Rugby, Elgin, Rugby State Park, Slick Rock and Frozen
  Head State Park.

Additional rainfall of around one inch is expected over the area. 
This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
