Seasonable conditions expected as a weak upper trough passes to the
north. The increased onshore flow will keep relative humidities a
bit higher for mid-July. Minor fluctuations in high temperatures are
likely while staying near to slightly below normal. The weather will
remain dry with breezy conditions at times over the Sierra and in
the vicinity of the Delta region.
