.NOW...Showers across western Puerto Rico will continue to
intensify during the early part of the afternoon. Heavy showers
will be clustered in the west central part of the islands with
rain amounts of 1-3 inches in many mountainous locations and near
the western coast. Some localized urban and small stream flooding
is still expected--advisories will be posted as thresholds are
met.

.NOW...A streamer of moderate to heavy rain is moving over Culebra
and into Ceiba and Fajardo. Showers and possibly a thunderstorm
will develop over eastern Puerto Rico across El Yunque and toward
Aguas Buenas between 1:30-3:00 PM AST. Amounts of 1 to 2 inches 
can be expected in some areas.
