* At 827 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 9 nm south of
  Naubinway, or 11 nm east of Point Patterson, moving northeast at 25
  knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and small hail.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.
