NORTHERN LAFOURCHE AND NORTHEASTERN ASSUMPTION PARISHES...

At 505 PM CDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from near Convent to near Destrehan. Movement
was south at 15 mph.

Winds in excess of 30 mph are possible with these storms.

Locations impacted include...
Thibodaux, Gonzales, Donaldsonville, Napoleonville, Hahnville,
Sorrento, Mathews, Luling, Boutte, Raceland, Chackbay, Destrehan, St.
Rose, Paradis, Des Allemands, South Vacherie, Convent, North
Vacherie, Bayou Gauche and Taft.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may
cause localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
